Benefiting the Human Society of Broward County, Monday, April 6, 2013 the Men's Golf Tournament and Invitational Golf Championship will be held at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida Country Club.

Registration and lunch is set for 11:30 a.m. with tournament instructions beginning at 12:45 p.m.

Fort Lauderdale Country Club - South Course
Men’s Back Tees (blue) 6,286 yards - Par 72
Format - Scramble: All players on a team tee off, then the best positioned ball is chosen. The three other balls not being played are then moved to that spot. From that point, all four players hit again, and again choose the best positioned ball. This process is continued until the ball is holed. TWO (2) drives from each player must be used.

Twelve percent (12%) of the combined handicap for each foursome will be used. All players are expected to finish their rounds within four hours.
Muttigans - 2 per player allowed. Purchase at time of registration.
Drive like a Pro hole will have a PGA Golf Pro available to tee off for your team. All players may still tee off and choose the best of the five drives for their second shots.

USGA Golf Rules Apply
Format: Shamble: All players on a team tee off, then the best positioned ball is chosen. The three other balls not being played are then moved to that spot. From that point, all four players play their second shots and then continue to play their own ball out as in stroke play.

FOUR (4) drives from each player must be used during the round. All players are expected to finish their rounds within four hours.
Invitations will be sent to local (tri-county) 501(c)3 charities, community involved businesses and golf clubs. Three of the four players per foursome shall have placed First, Second or Third in their representative golf tournament between September 1, 2011 - December 31, 2012.

All charities, businesses, golf clubs, etc... participating in the Invitational Championship, will be listed and included in dedicated publicity.
