- I am many things -- mother, CEO, Navy Fitness Trainer, CrossFit Trainer, AFTRA Member, Model, Visionary, Personal Trainer, Spokesperson, MENSA member, Junior League Member, believer in God. Most of all -- I believe in the good of others, the never-ending quest for self-improvement, and the belief that God has a destiny for all of us. My destiny, I believe, is to bring education and knowledge to others and to use my degrees in Sports Medicine and my Harvard Medical School courses to fruitful use.
