PANDORA Jewelry, one of the world’s largest jewelry brands, announced a partnership with Dress for Success®, a global not-for-profit organization, as their official jewelry partner.

Charisse Ford, Chief Marketing Officer, PANDORA Americas said, “Jewelry has become much more than an accessory – it is an essential part of a woman’s ever-expanding desire to express her individuality, boost confidence and curate her authentic style. Our partnership with Dress for Success will bring that experience to women who need it the most and showcases our belief in fostering every woman’s ability to succeed.”

PANDORA will support Dress for Success and the women they help by committing to a $500,000 donation in 2016, plus donating PANDORA jewelry to Dress for Success boutiques across North America.

How Dress for Success’s Suiting Program Works

Job-ready women come to Dress for Success by referral from a range of community-based organizations. Each woman works one-on-one with a highly trained volunteer personal shopper who helps her select professional attire and also provides support and encouragement as she prepares for her upcoming job interviews. Dress for Success provides each client with a career suit, cosmetics, footwear and now a piece of PANDORA jewelry. After a client finds work, she can return to Dress for Success for a full week’s worth of professional attire.
